REGISTRATION

2007-08

Twinsburg AC Soccer registers teams to play in the local travel leagues, which are known as

OASL (boys) and NOGSL (girls). These leagues fall under the guidance of the state soccer association known as the OYSAN. Overall registration policies and procedures are determined by the OYSAN. While the result is the same, the OASL and NOGSL do not facilitate registration of players and teams in an identical manner. Each community-based soccer club is responsible for facilitating the process of collecting registration material for each player and submitting appropriate documents for registration of appropriate teams.

Registration completed at this time will register the player for the soccer year

(Aug. 1, 2007 through Jul. 31, 2008).

Please complete the registration forms and submit to your team manager as soon as possible. The $100 fall season fee (checks made payable to 'Twinsburg AC Soccer') should be submitted with the registration material.

- Copy of birth certificate (only new players to club)

- Player's picture for player pass (all players)

(print 2 copies of the online confirmation screen, and submit 1 copy with registration form)
