Non Payment

It is the policy of the Club to not carry forward any unpaid balances from a prior session.  As such, payment is expected by the due dates.  Unpaid balances from prior sessions will affect the future eligibility of the player(s).
Hardship

In cases of hardship, the Club will make every effort to accommodate a workable solution so the player can continue to participate.  Parents, or guardians, are encouraged to contact the Club President in such cases to make arrangements.  In such instances, early intervention is preferable before eligibility is affected.
Uniforms

Fees for full uniform kits will be paid directly to team managers.  Individual uniform components may be purchased separately through your team manager as well.

Tournaments

The Club encourages tournament participation as a way to continue the development of our players.  One fall and one spring tournament are included in your annual fee.  Teams may decide to participate in additional tournaments.  Registration and payments of fees for additional tournaments will be coordinated directly with each team head coach and manager.  Head Coaches are responsible for notifying the Club of participation in any tournament.
