Payment of Fees
Once a parent, or guardian, has accepted a roster spot for their child(ren), they are committing to the full soccer year which runs July through June. The Executive Board sets seasonal fees annually.| Session |

| Session Fees |
Session Fees are due prior to the playing of the first game of the session, Opening Day. A A late fee of $30 will be assessed for any fees received past Opening Day. Player information need to register a player with their league, OASL (Boys) or NOGSL (Girls) and the state association OYSAN is collected at the time of payment through the Active Network. It is of the utmost importance that this information is received by the deadlines in order to complete the necessary player registrations with the associated leagues. Deadline for late fees will be posted on the website and Active Registration for the session. |
| Refunds |
Refunds will be granted for registered players for any reason until Opening Day. A $35 service fee will be withheld for all refunds prior to Opening Day. All request must be submitted in writing and directed to the Club Treasurer. After Opening Day, no refunds will be granted for any reason without Executive Board approval. |
| Non Payment |
It is the policy of the Club to not carry forward any unpaid balances from a prior session. As such, payment is expected by the due dates. Unpaid balances from prior sessions will affect the future eligibility of the player(s). |
| Hardship |
In cases of hardship, the Club will make every effort to accommodate a workable solution so the player can continue to participate. Parents, or guardians, are encouraged to contact the Club President in such cases to make arrangements. In such instances, early intervention is preferable before eligibility is affected. |
| Uniforms |
Fees for full uniform kits will be paid through the Active registration process. Individual uniform components may be purchased separately through your team manager. |

Tournaments |
The Club encourages tournament participation as a way to continue the development of our players. Fees for tournament participation are an additional charge to the parents, or guardians, and due prior to the first game of the tournament. Team managers will continue to collect tournament fees directly. |
