The Annual General Meeting was held on 

Monday, May 19, 2008 at 7:00pm

at the Twinsburg High School

Election results for the 2008-09 Executive Board

The AGM is a business & informational meeting and includes the annual board elections, and addresses other soccer-related topics.

(and Boys Dir. of Coaching, Twinsburg AC Soccer)

 

Although anyone is welcome to attend the Twinsburg AC Soccer AGM, only members of the Twinsburg AC Soccer Assoc. may cast a vote during elections (see below).

Twinsburg AC Soccer Constitution

Article 5 – Membership

Regular Members are defined as those parents or guardians who have paid the proper fee for the current session and have at least one child registered on a Club Team.  There shall be one vote per each child registered on a Twinsburg AC Team, provided proper fees for the current session have been paid.  All votes must be cast in person and may not be voted absentee, by proxy, or otherwise assigned.

Article 6 – Government of the Club

The Twinsburg AC will be governed by a five member Executive Board also referred to herein as the “Board.”  The Board shall consist of five Officers consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Club Manager, and Registrar.  Members of the Executive Board shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of all Club Members.
